when running under fastcgi there's no easy way to pass php_value, 
php_admin_value's per location/directory.

ps: lighttpd & php work very fine under pld (i use in production), just 
install either: lighttpd-php-external + php-fcgi-init or lighttpd-php-spawned 
(%desc should mention what's the difference)
