Weird, nothing change in the "ndir" code lately. Is this reproducible?
I've tested
indexes for 4 hours today and works fine. Maybe something is wrong with
openssl's libcrypto from Th?
Anyway, you can try to catch the problem with tests/test_patch.sh script from
poldek distribution. Script creates testing repo, then
a) add/remove packages from it
b) --mkidx
c) --up
d) goto a).
All you need is local package source, and remote accessible directory
for testing repo.
