db4.5 rel 5 in th-test

Please be very careful when upgrading db4.5 rel 5 from th-test. It contains 
new patch that looks problematic on (it looks like) some kernel versions 
while works nicely on others (no problem seen on carme for example).

The problem is:
rpmdb: unable to initialize mutex: Operation not supported
error: cannot open Packages index using db3 - Operation not supported (95)
error: cannot open Packages database in /var/lib/rpm
rpmdb: unable to initialize mutex: Operation not supported
error: cannot open Packages database in /var/lib/rpm
