workarounds gcc error?
According to docs gcc should accept -m32 on PPC (see RS/6000 and PowerPC
options). Moreover, -m32/-m64 are used to choose ppc or ppc64 target.
BTW, gcc in Debian and PLD Th accepts -m32, so this patch even as
a workaround shouldn't appear on HEAD.
