One interesting thing here -- first command succeeds, second one fails.
No idea why.

  prove -bdv t/06error.t                                     # OK
  echo "x:\n\tprove -bdv t/06error.t" > moo;  make -f moo x  # FAIL

($PWD is ~/rpm/BUILD/DBD-SQLite-1.14/ after perl Makefile.PL && make)
