ANN: buildlogs.pld-linux.org updated

The new buildlogs.pld-linux.org version was deployed (thanks to Witold 
Filipczyk, Paweł Długosz and me). 

The most important changes:
- buildlogs store all build logs now (previously new build log overwrote old 
build log for the same spec)
- URL links are unique and persistent, so contents of log, under the same url, 
won't change
