i tested and it did contain proper paths in /usr/lib/gconv/gconv-modules.cache 
(from file provided by rpm)

and if i ran the iconvconfig in %post (so it write 32bit cache), the file is 
binary identical, so, there's no real need to run iconvconfig in %post ... or 
is there?
