Sure. Which webapp has such files tagged? Out of the ones I've got
installed I see wordpress and squirrelmail (but maybe old versions) only
- it should be removed.

The same exception as phpMyAdmin, phpPgAdmin, coppermine-gallery,
mediawiki etc.
