[kernel] 'perf' utility and other utils from kernel sources

Hi,

I have just found this:

It seems the 'perf' utility may be a great tool… but I cannot find it in
PLD. It should be probably built from kernel.spec.

Another utility in kernel sources, that I find useful is gen_init_cpio.

Should we build some 'kernel-tools'? Do we already have such thing?
