seems that was only true for pciutils, usbutils has different reason in

so, move just pci.ids?
also, when we are on this topic, the pnp.ids what we have in pnputils
and what is in hwdata package are completely different
probably the pnputils what we have, is not compatible with anything
nowadays, is that package even needed?
