Hi,

According to git blame, libgettextpo.so.*.*.* is in -devel since 10
years now, and ghosted symlink libgettextpo.so.0 since 5 years.
Authors are qboosh and glen - hope it helps :)

It looks like in main package we have tool itself, in -devel libs and
other shared files.
