targetcli-fb - creating lvm backstore with newer kernels fails (patches included)

Hi there,

current (as of PLD git) targetcli-fb does not allow to create lvm 
backstore when used with newer kernels, probably due to:
https://lkml.org/lkml/2014/6/9/199

It works with newer targetcli-fb, at least attached patches which bump 
targetcli and dependencies work for me.

PS
If anyone is to accept this patches, please check them twice, i've made 
this changes some time ago with just one hand, had dislocated shoulder 
and were using painkillers ;).
