Just in case you choose to tighen things up a bit more by
only allowing rsync transport before it's a separate change: 
http://ftp.altlinux.org/pub/people/ldv/rshell/in_rsync.c
(there were issues with scp, at least back then; ask ldv@
altlinux.org if interested).

Useful for resuming uploads as well.
