with or without huge Conflicts list?
and existsing systems aren't affected on upgrade, crondaemon is already
present.
on fresh installations, you will notice that stuff doesn't work (ideally
you should test whether installed stuff works :)
so imho the C is pointless, just extra work to collect the NEVRs
