Found a few (probably not all):

> +SDL_net [OLD] 1.2.8 [NEW] 2.0.0

2.0.0 refers only to "SDL2_net" files in sources directory (SDL2_net is
different package)

> +belle-sip [OLD] 1.4.1 [NEW] 3.9.0

3.9.0 seems to be latest linphone version
(in http://download-mirror.savannah.gnu.org/releases/linphone/3.9.x/sources/)

belle-sip resides in http://download-mirror.savannah.gnu.org/releases/linphone/belle-sip/
and latest version is 1.4.2 (as for today)

> +crossmingw32-SDL_image [OLD] 1.2.12 [NEW] 2.0.0

case similar to SDL_net

>  libidn2 [OLD] 0.10 [NEW] 1.32

1.32 is the latest version of libidn on ftp.gnu.org
