somewhy linphone pld-package name was filled as belle-sip.
corrected https://release-monitoring.org/project/1823/

i guess when i originally filled via api, url matching caused false positive

somehow libidn vs libidn2 were messed up in r-m.o (2 pointed to 1 and so on)
