Thanks, done, just a few notes and fixes I did:

- this is not Debian, we do not lowercase everything, we follow upstream
  naming. Thus submitted this as WireGuard
- kernel packages names shoud follow DIR-MODULE naming scheme, here it's
  kernel-misc-wireguard
- you added a stub 'tools' package with no files in it, I removed it and
  made main package contain tools
- try to avoid using wildcards in 'files', wildcards could hide
  permission errors and packging problems
- I'm surprised this worked: "setup -n WireGuard-%{version}/src", please
  don't do hacks like that, cd into directories in build and install.

It's also a good idea to run new specs through adapter script (in
adapter package) to catch formatting and common spec problems.

It's very unlikely that this microcode FIXES anything.

AFAIK:
- meltdown cannot be fixed on microcode level

- updated microcodes only provide support for IBRS ("indirect branch 
restricted speculation") which requires OS support to be activated and it is 
used to mitigate Spectre Variant 2. IBRS is also very slow in many cases.

At this moment upstream and PLD linux kernels don't have capability to use 
IBRS.

The other mitigation for Spectre v2 is software only "retpoline" (return 
trampoline) feature that doesn't use IBRS, is faster, and is going to be 
default for most of CPUs (when merged at upstream kernel).

 LTS kernels 4.4 and 4.9 now have vserver support and we are adding 4.14
 line as new LTS. This means kernel 4.1 can be safely retired without
 loss of functionality.

 I will move kernel 4.1 packages to th-archive on 1st of March 2018.

Migrate to 4.4 or 4.9 then.

4.1 will be EOL at may 2018 at upstream 
(https://www.kernel.org/category/releases.html)
and has no meltdown/spectre mitigations.
