should sphinx be added python-devel-tools deps? or perhaps the pdb

What's the point exactly?

%package        gnome-shell-search
...
Requires:       %{name} = %{version}-%{release}

And installing two seahorse instances makes no sense at all (all files are in
conflict).

Did you notice different time zones? Maybe one of the servers has a tarpit-
like extension enabled?
