you're barking at the wrong tree. i only pointed out that it was
mis-used for main package.
apparently qboosh is maintaining somewhere such support. (that is not
pld-th).
also, i think it's needed for rpm 4.5 as well (used in pld ac)
maybe it's easier to back-port the support to 4.5 branch then? how big
the changeset was anyway?
