Some packages to be removed post openssl 3.0.0 update

The time has come. OpenSSL 3.0 is now in Th and above mentioned packages
(except PHP) have been removed.
If someone reaally needs pre-3.0 packages, I had temporarily[1] copied
pre-update PLD repo as PLD-openssl1
https://ftp.th.pld-linux.org/dists/th/PLD-openssl1
[1] meaning will be removed by the end of year.
