rpm 4.20, sequoia OpenPGP and old packages

There has to be some other route like removing bad signatures from local 
rpm db. Unsigned installed packages shouldn't be a problem, right?

But looks like this is not that simple since rpm sqlite db contains some 
binary blobs and not "sane" db structure.
