Subject: cmake vs no-assert flags

Adding %set_build_flags in %cmake macro broke no-assert flags passing
in:

    -DCMAKE_CXX_FLAGS_PLD="${CXXFLAGS:-%{rpmcxxflags} -DNDEBUG -DQT_NO_DEBUG}" \\\
    -DCMAKE_C_FLAGS_PLD="${CFLAGS:-%{rpmcflags} -DNDEBUG -DQT_NO_DEBUG}" \\\
    -DCMAKE_Fortran_FLAGS_PLD="${CFLAGS:-%{rpmcflags} -DNDEBUG -DQT_NO_DEBUG}" \\\

because CXXFLAGS/CFLAGS env variables are now defined before.

Maybe -DNDEBUG -DQT_NO_DEBUG should be added to flags regardless of build system?

Seems reasonable to me. Maybe even better as there is nothing specific
about these flags that make them cmake exclusive. I'd guard them with
%{!?debug} this time though.

Subject: th-obsolete repo is going away

I'm going to remove th-obsolete from poldek sources list and then
delete the directory on the ftp.

There is a simple reason - this repo never made any sense, because all
packages that were ever moved there were non-installable due to broken
dependencies. Also the last time anything was moved there was in 2020,
but most of the packages there are more than 10 years old.

This is a tool to (help) migrate people scripts from python 2 syntax to 
3... it is actually useful.

ps. I'm +10 for removing python 2 but that's another issue than 2to3 tool.
