Update on gtk+1 and qt4

It's time for these antiques to go. I will be gradually deleting all
packages that require gtk+ 1.x and qt4 and then delet the libraries.

If you really need something that (partially) depends on either
libgtk-1.2.so.0()(64bit) or libQtCore.so.4()(64bit) than now is the time
to fix those packages.
