apache13 with IPv6: SIN6_LEN

	A request came from Solaris camp to use #ifdef SIN6_LEN instead of
	#ifdef linux for apache13 IPv6 support code, to make it compile
	okay on Solaris.  I would like to check if it is okay for Linux.
