rpmlib works properly again...

Dependencies order in rpmlib are working again. The one to blame for
previous problems is Paweł Gajda, and his rpm-rpmlibprov-order.patch
(strncmp returns 0 when strings match, not 1 :> ).

Prowizorka is working properly now, and creating of ISO images should be
a matter of days...
