tcpd - API compatible (almost) free tcp_wrappers replacement

Hi, all - little information:

PLD/GNU Linux Team is working on Kazunori Fujiwaras tcpd package.
Tcpd is:
- complete replacement for tcp_wrappers package
- shared and static libwrap
- full automake/autoconf support
- IPv6 support (of course)
- BSD style copyright
- API compatible with tcp_wrappers (almost, there are few small
  diffs)
- not binary compatible with tcp_wrappers libwrap (impossible
  to create binary compatible package).

Testers and contributors as usually needed.
