arpwatch doesn't work with current libpcap

Am not pas to builders latest libpcap, arpwatch because this packages have
incorrect version naming. Probably you will need to try build package
directly from cvs resources (we have all sorces neccessary for build
package stored in cvs and some tools for automated building directly from
cvs resources).
