czego bym sie bal, a takze tego, ze licencja jest nadawana _you_
tylko i wylacznie. nie jestem zadnym specjalista, ale na moj
chlopski rozum rowna sie to temu, ze dopoki nie ma jednoznacznie
okreslonego kto jest tym "you" (w swietle prawa, of kors), to
nie jasne jest, na jakich zasadach to jdk siedzi w cvs.

no i niby jak niby mamy wyjaśnić, że cvs jest niekomercyjny? 
przecież płytki z systemem się sprzedają, a cvs służyć może do
aktualizacji..
