CVS i branche

Witam!

Kiedy chcę zbranchować pojedynczy plik w CVSie mam coś takiego:

[tomek at deneb test]$ cvs get -r STABLE SPECS/xscreensaver.spec
U SPECS/xscreensaver.spec
[tomek at deneb test]$ cd SPECS
[tomek at deneb SPECS]$ cvs tag -b XSS_4_02 xscreensaver.spec
T xscreensaver.spec
[tomek at deneb SPECS]$ rm xscreensaver.spec
[tomek at deneb SPECS]$ cd ..
[tomek at deneb test]$ cvs get -r XSS_4_02 SPECS/xscreensaver.spec

i po tym ostatnim wyrzuca mi asercję na dwa ekrany. Co robię źle?
