automake 1.7.3, m4 i .. gettext 0.11.5

Budowanie m4 wywala się na Ra+Ac-ready:

Ostrzerzenia o LDFLAGS są trywialne i to zaraz poprawię ale nie to tu
przeszkadza (no i bardzo ładnie ze automake wywala tekie ostrzeżenia :).

Kontrolnie wziąłem autoconf z nest bo było zapętlenie i potencjalnie
jeszcze coś tutaj może się nie zgadzać (choć za regenerację po/Makefile
jednak jest odpowiedzialne gettrext.m4 i to raczje tu jest jakieś
niedogranie).
Jak to wreszcie powinno byc z tym intl/ w nowej wersji ? jeżeli nie jest 
potrzebne (a w sumie u nas nie jest) to mogłoby to wypaść. Sprawdziłem, że
intl z głównego Makefile.am z SUBDIRS usuwa wywołanie automake czyli by 
wychodziło że ten sam automake niepotzrebnnie pluje się o brak intl w 
SUBDIRS.

PS. Coś czuję że prace nad już samym bootstrapem potrwają nieco dłużej :P
