SPECS without %prep

Following spec files have Source0 but does not have %prep section.
builder can't handle this situation. I'm not fancy to hacking builder
(it migth be quite hard with those dump hacks), so I propose to add
empty %prep section.

SD2XC.spec
celestia-galaxies-1k+detail.spec
celestia-galaxies-1k.spec
etcbackup.spec
ifenslave.spec
mp32ogg.spec

I'll do it shortly if there are no objections.
