Witam,

1.  cvsweb-1.112-1 jest na ftp Ac. Wymaga rcs, którego obecności na rzeczonym 
ftp nie stwierdzono. Puścić to pewnie nie problem, gorzej, że ...

2. Zbudowałem i zainstalowałem rcs-5.7-18 i "nie działa mi" (może mam coś źle 
skonfigurowane, albo ... [że perl-5.8.2 jest popsuty, albo niekompatybilny - 
wolę o tym nie myśleć ;-) ] ). Apache zapodaje coś takiego:

 Error:  Failed  to  spawn  GNU rlog on '/home/services/cvsroot/manindex//
html.py,v, /home/services/cvsroot/manindex//html.pyc,v,
   /home/services/cvsroot/manindex//
html7-8.sed,v,                                   /home/services/cvsroot/
[...]
   /home/services/cvsroot/manindex//manindex.conf,v'

   did you set the $ENV{PATH} in your configuration file correctly ?

Albo dostaję pustą stronę, a w obu przypadkach, w logach:
==> access_log <==

W linijce 2842 są odprawiane jakieś czary z kompresją.

w /etc/cvsweb.conf jest: #$ENV{'PATH'} = '/usr/local/bin';
Ustawiłem na: $ENV{'PATH'} = '/usr/bin'; - bez zmian - komunikat j.w.

Ew. prosiłbym o sprawdzenie, czy w/w problemy mają u kogoś innego miejsce.
