Pakiety nie budujące się w Ac

Napotykam tego trochę budując swoje Ac i wielu nie potrafię poprawić.
Zgłaszać to gdzieś?  Przykłady:

mutt: któraś z łatek coś psuje; buildlog:
      <http://radek.karnet.pl/pld/mutt.log.gz>

strace: wywala się na autoheader

doxygen: tu jakiegoś TeXnika trzeba:
         "! LaTeX Error: File `epsf.sty' not found."

eject: zbudował się dopiero po wywaleniu wszystkich makr %ac/%am,
       %gettextize, %aclocal i zamianie %configure na ./configure
