Co to się stało, że w naszym iptables nie ma patcha connmark do iptables?

branch LINUX_2_4

[root at azazel iptables]# rpm -q kernel iptables
kernel-2.4.20-10
iptables-1.2.8_20030605-5 at 2.4.20_10

chciałem tego użyć razem z patchem ipt_p2p do markowania połączeń p2p tak jak 
jest to w examples z ipt_p2p
