PLD-doc: PLD_2.0_TODO - more hicolor icon theme notes

To tylko kwestia drzewka katalogow i pliku index.theme, ktory jesli sie czyms 
rozni od tego z kdelibs - to przez przypadek.
To oczywiscie nie powinno byc częścią kdelibs, ponieważ w załozeniu moga z 
tego korzystać aplikacje z kde nie majace nic wspolnego.
Teraz nazwa: icon-theme-hicolor czy moze jakieś default-icon-tree ?
