w ten sposob chyba nie. ale w ogolnosci imho powinien przejsc gdzies
gdzie go --exclude-doc nie obejmie.
manual.txt jest wykorzystywany przy F1 w mutt-cie jako pomoc, a jako
takie nie powinen byc (chyba) luzem?
