Budowanie na builderach z nicelevelem == 19 spowoduje, że make tests nie 
przejdzie.

baggins, mógłbys zmienić nice level dla buildera pld nest na 18?

Don't do that.  There are some things about the tests in make check that
need to assume a few things about the environment, and to avoid doing so
would make the test useless.  So use 18 or less.
