Proponuje raczej ograniczyc liste developerow do osob posiadajacych RW w 
CVS/SVN oraz osob, ktore w znaczacy sposob przyczynily sie do rozwijania 
dystrybucji (np. Skobi, ktora RW nie ma (?), a organizowala zloty). 
Byloby to oficjalne "PLD Team".

P.S. Czy mi sie wydaje, czy w dawnych czasach juz taka dyskusja miala 
miejsce?
