I know it was obsolete, but I'm still confused about proc_intf.c
existence in kernel-sources.
This module let use percentage of max. frequency in cpufreqd just like
in 2.4 series. There is (pretty ugly) data in /sys, but now I had to set
frequencies in MHz.
