problem z psmisc

Witam,
Przy probie instalacji syslog-ng dostaje taki oto komunikat :

I syslog-ng-1.6.5-3
D logrotate-3.7-2, mailx-8.1.1-24, vixie-cron-3.0.1-93
Need to download about 304KB of archives. After unpacking about 381KB will be 
used.
Executing rpm --upgrade -vh --root / --noorder...
error: Failed dependencies:
         psmisc >= 20.1 is needed by vixie-cron-3.0.1-93
         psmisc >= 20.1 is needed by syslog-ng-1.6.5-3
There were errors

# rpm -q psmisc
# psmisc-21.5-3

czy moge cos z tym zrobic ? czy instalowac z --nodeps ?
