[SPECS] prelude suite

trochę update'ów i poprawek :)

libprelude
- podbita wersja
- dodane bcondy

libpreludedb
- podbita wersja
- dodane bcondy
- dodane info w postin (nie wiem czy czasem nie powinno być bez
tego warunku?...)

prelude-manager oraz prelude-lml
- podbita wersja
- dodane bcondy
- dodane paczki: libs, static
- usunięte TODO  - wydaje mi się, że w większości przypadków i tak
	będzie potrzebna ingerencja administratora
- poprawiony init-script
- poprawiony sysconfig


prewikka aktualnie się nie buduje - problem z python-cheetah, coś z
NameMapper, ale że ja się jeszcze z pythonem nie znam to nie dłubałem

zbudowałem z python-cheetah 2.0rc7, ale dopiero po unięciu jedej opcji
configure, która zdaje się jest standardowa w PLD, więc też niedobrze...
