Skoro nie ma konfliktu, to na grzyba bylo zmieniac nazwe?
Widze trzy mozliwe rozwiazania:
1. zmiana nazwy do cofniecia
   (gstreamer08x-audio-effects -> gstreamer-audio-effects)
2. Provides na stara nazwe w gstreamer08x-audio-effects
3. O: gstreamer-audio-effects w gstreamer-plugins

Comments? Czy mam sam zdecydowac, jak zepsuc?
