błędy w lives?

Poczyniłem takie spostrzeżenia odnośnie programu LiVES-0.9.5-0.pre4.4
Przy uruchomieniu jest taki komunikat:
LiVES was unable to find any encoder plugins.
Please check that you have them installed correctly in
/usr/share/lives/plugins/encoders/
You will not be able to 'Save' without them.

U nas lives/plugins/encoders/ jest w /usr/lib, prawdopodobnie dlatego,
że w specu jest:
%define         _datadir        %{_libdir}

ale równocześnie jest takie coś:
# hack: DATADIRNAME defined too late in configure
%configure \
        DATADIRNAME=share

Wydaje mi się, że z powodu tego hack'a program szuka pluginów
w /usr/share. Jak zrobiłem linka /usr/share/lives -> /usr/lib/lives to
było dobrze.

Pytanie jak to powinno być dobrze - pluginy do /usr/lib czy /usr/share i
co z DATADIRNAME=share w configure?
