SPECS: fakeconnect.spec - fix URL

Masz na myśli pkt 9?

Skoro do programu jest dołączona licencja GPL z określonym numerem
wersji (v2), nie ma nigdzie określenia, że jest dostępny na "any later
version", to nie wynika z tego, że program jest dokładnie na GPLv2?
