builder --cvs-force --branch X-branch -v Y.spec - cvs-force nie działa ?

Pytanie jak w temacie:
Czy może czegoś nie rozumiem z użycia --cvs-force bo wywołanie:

builder --cvs-force --branch AC-branch  -v scintilla.spec

Się wywala:

W scintilla-make.patch : AC-branch already exists on branch 1.8 : NOT MOVING 
tag to branch 1.9.0.2
W scintilla.spec : AC-branch already exists on branch 1.18 : NOT MOVING tag to 
branch 1.21.0.2
