do mailer.py - stosowny diff w załączniku (nie testowałem).
Przy okazji w mailer.conf jest:

reply_to =

proponuję:
subject_prefix = 'SVN: '

i uzupełnić `reply_to' - ostatnio chyba ktoś (qboosh?) narzekał na brak takowego.
