 To juz sprawdzalem za to pomoglo : 
 mv ~/.thunderbird ~/.thunderbird2
 mkdir ~/.thunderbird
 mozilla-thunderbird
 rmdir ~/.thunderbird
 mv ~/.thunderbird2 ~/.thunderbird
 
 Teraz dziala.
 
 ps. oczywiscie pakiet lang-pl jeszcze nie dziala
