[SPECS] audacious.spec, audacious-plugins.spec up to 1.3.0-alpha1

Witam.

Czy update do takiej wersji nadaje się do spec'a ale mimo wszystko posyłam;)

audacious.spec
- up to 1.3.0-alpha1
- dostosowałem audacious-home_etc.patch do nowej wersji

audacious-plugins.spec
- up to 1.3.0-alpha1
- dwa nowe pluginy - stdio i metronom

Nie wiem czy dobrze zrobiłem z tym "alpha1" więc jakby co to krzyczeć;)
