[SPECS] audacious.spec, audacious-plugins.spec up to 1.3.0-alpha3

Zmiany względem cvs oczywiście.

Od wersji alpha2 doszły 3 nowe pluginy.

Załączam łatki na spec'e + zmienione (dostosowane) patche do SOURCES. Czy może 
jednak na patch'e w sources też powinienem podesłać patch'a?
