dovecot-sieve jest pakietowany osobno (dovecot-sieve.spec).
Samego managesieve się tak nie da?

Makra _ds i _ms są zbędne, tylko zaciemniają speca.

Jakieś dziwne kombinacje, do tego:
- w przypadku with_managesieve główne źródła są rozpakowywane 3 razy,
  efekt pierwszego %setup jest usuwany
- źródła 4 i 5 są rozpakowywane poza %{_buildsubdir}, czyli po
  zbudowaniu pakietu zostają śmieci
